但是这第五十八条：“残疾人机动轮椅车、电动自行车在非机动车道内行驶时，最高时速不得超过十五公里。”<br>
的规定太扯淡了吧。
就应该严点，有些人闯红灯成习惯，当然信信号灯也要给驾驶者有足够反应时间，有些路口信号灯就闪两下就变灯，坑人的设计，我认为起码留不少于6秒时间<br>

这个在B站前几期的的视频里看过，当天死亡。电车当时红灯没减速，是把自己送上路了。而且路面有下雨的积水。这个真是送人头了，<br>
