右转信号灯红灯时机动车右转弯不扣分吗？<br>
刚才我骑电动车正好赶上左转弯信号灯绿灯剩下十秒，<br>
然后几个机动车强行右转弯住着我，<br>
等那几个车右转弯过去，左转弯也红灯了，气死人<br>

那种大个的摄像头容易看出来，就怕是隐藏式锥形镜头的摄像头。最保守的还是红灯停下等着。

毕竟有明确的右转指示灯啊，被拍到就得扣分，没摄像头就随意

我每次经过这里，右转弯机动车都排长队，仔细观察过：基本上只有直行绿灯右转弯才绿灯。<br>
闯红灯的都有。没抓到就扣不了啊。。<br>
