【招聘职位】Product Quality Manager（质量经理）
【岗位职责】
Quality Team Leader within AED-ES area
o Leading and pushing the problem solving team in case of customer complaints and field returns.
o Analysing of field return parts (ECUs and Motors) on a systematical approach to identify possible root causes.
o Establish a quick and efficient reporting system to PRM as well as customer.
o Implementation of a quality assurance during the development phase as well as tracking of the development quality by applying preventive quality tools (DRBFM, FMEA, QG, risk management, etc.)
o Coaching in project management as well as problem solving
o Implementation of systematic monitoring of AED-ES projects from quality perspective
o Support and push the decision making in case of non-conformity and concessions
o Impelemnt and check the change management process within AED-ES
o Support release of new components
o Support internal and external audits
【岗位要求】
Degree/diploma in engineering;
Min 5 years quality experience in engineering or manufacturing quality and 3 years experience in management position;
Experience in Project Management;
QA-Tools for development:FMEA, DRBFM, QG, Risk Management, release process;
Experience in problem solving especially under tough conditions (fast reaction time to customer);
Coaching capability as well as ability to influence and motivate;
