Rough frame sketch, there is a coupler in the middle. Frame is 1.5in 0.049 4130 chromoly, is this okay or I need thicker/larger ?

Thinner tires, thinner tubes and I can probably move the crankset ~10cm closer, but hey, its still 2 meters long, so it doesn't really matter that much.

Tilt axle aligns with frame bottom tube almost perfectly, with height difference being 5cm, I'll fix it by welding tubes at an angle, though I don't think that is needed.

Leaning delta, same thing, height difference will be corrected at headtube-frame tube.


This is how parts for waterjet cutting look like, all flat, minimum machining, derailleur dropout to be finished yet.
